1. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your items are on the way.
2. Do you offer fast shipping?
Yes. Expedited and Priority shipping options are available at checkout.
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to change or cancel it.

4. What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once the package is handed to the carrier, shipping delays are outside our control.
For lost packages, contact us with your order number so we can assist.
5. Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Set-Ready ships within the United States only.
7. Are your products suitable for professional productions?
Absolutely. Our inventory is curated specifically for film crews, studios, gaffers, grips, photographers, and content creators.
